Your money is protected until your link is live and stays live.

You get a full refund when

• The seller rejects your order or does not accept it in time.
• The seller does not deliver the link.
• Your link is removed within the 30-day live link guarantee (counted from delivery) and the seller does not restore it within the grace period.
• Our team decides a dispute in your favour.

After 30 days

Our guarantee covers the first 30 days. After that, how long a link stays live depends on the seller — many keep links for a year or longer. Check each seller's level and reviews before ordering, and rate sellers honestly after your order so other buyers can choose well.

How refunds are sent

Refunds are sent to the Easypaisa, JazzCash or bank account saved in your account settings. Please keep these details up to date.
